How do customers schedule service?

Customers can contact Unriehl Marine Service to discuss the boat, engine model, service need, and preferred timing. From there, our team will coordinate an in-shop appointment or review whether mobile support is available for the requested work.

What do diagnostics include?

Diagnostics may include computer-based engine checks, fault code review, battery and charging system review, fuel and cooling system evaluation, lower unit inspection, rigging checks, and a review of performance or reliability concerns reported by the owner.

What are typical turnaround expectations for outboard engines?

Turnaround depends on the engine, the service scope, parts availability, and current shop schedule. Routine maintenance is often faster, while diagnostic work, repairs, or performance-related issues may require additional time once findings and parts needs are confirmed.
